Daw Kyi Kyi Nyein - EDNA Myanmar We provide Entrepreneurship Education and Enterprise Development Support to women, youth and disadvantaged groups across Myanmar We are a social enterprise and an Education and Research Organization working with Miniseries, Universities and institutions to support entrepreneurial growth in Myanmar and Asia Daw Kyi Kyi Nyein - EDNA Myanmar

How EDNA Myanmar is Different Our Education Program is different. Our course material was developed by the University of Sydney Business School’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program with EDNA Myanmar incorporate case stories from Myanmar and inspirational stories from Asia. The EDD event serves as a platform for our participants to learn, network and get access to initiatives and programs supported by the ministries. Our work with ministries and regional governments across Myanmar supports access to regional resources to help our participants grow (grow in terms of knowledge and enterprise). Our work centers on the communities with participants and mentors working with regional administration, ministries, NGOs, business sectors and community leaders (as well as mentors and participants from communities learning from each other) brings elements for strong social cohesion. Our Strategy for Sustainability Having built a productive relationships within Myanmar (between industry, government and educators) and across the region, EDNA will continue her work of Entrepreneurship Education and Enterprise Development with the organizations in her network We will increase our collaboration with Department of SME to offer entrepreneurship education and enterprise support to SME members across Myanmar We have started our paying course for entrepreneurship education and job skill programs to help entrepreneurs and their staff We are keen to expend our partnership by working with reputable local firms for their CSR initiatives to benefit entrepreneurs in rural Myanmar Daw Kyi Kyi Nyein - EDNA Myanmar

Performance & Reporting Since 2014, EDNA Myanmar tracks our performance with sophisticated baseline and end line surveys, and has already educated over 120 mentors, close to 9,400 entrepreneurs, and helped develop hundreds of profitable, sustainable and employing enterprises.
