Expectations for High Schools Identify potential students Host information sessions where employers and colleges present to high school students and their parents. Guide students to maximize College Credit earned in High School. College credit plus CTAG credit Articulation agreements. Technical and Gen Ed courses all help. A A

Expectations for Institutions Host a summer experience between H.S. graduation and start of first semester Create individual plans based on credits already completed. Organize section offerings for students who are working during the week. Communication before, during, and after. A A

Expectations for Employers Employers commit to hiring a student or students at a specific time in the year. Students are actual employees with a paycheck! Students are typically matched with a veteran professional who is willing to mentor. Fulltime employment AFTER graduation is the goal. A Part of the agreement is that they don’t hire the students full time until after graduation. A
