Presentation 1: MEASUREMENT

Measurement Systems English System Metric System English System uses yards, feet, inches, and fractions. Metric System uses meters, decimeters, centimeters, and millimeters.

Metric System Based on the number 10. Smallest lines are millimeters. Arrow is pointing to ?

Metric System Millimeters are usually the smaller lines. 10 millimeters = 1 centimeter 10 centimeters = 1 decimeter 10 decimeters = 1 meter 1000 meters = 1 kilometer
