Industrial Development Ace Metals are proposing to create a factory on the edge of a town, the new factory will provide 1000 new jobs to a town that currently has high levels of unemployment. A local protest group has formed who object to the factory being built as it will be built countryside that is used by lots of people from the town and near to a primary school.
