Tonight’s Agenda 6:00-6:15 Principal’s Welcome in the gym Starting at 6:20, we will follow the daily schedule with seven minutes per period and three minute passing periods.

Additional Math Information Right after 7th period tonight (at 7:27), our Math teachers will provide information about our online textbook and other resources. Math teachers will provide more information during their classes.

Schedules for tonight Since we will go through the schedule starting at 6:20, make sure you have your child’s schedule available tonight. A copy can be printed for you in the main office if you need one.

Thursday, August 17, 2017 7th Grade Only Day. A full day from 8:25-3:21. Breakfast will be served; patio doors open at 8:05. Entry bell rings at 8:17. Enter either side. Students will go directly to their Access class followed by a variety of orientation activities throughout the morning. After lunch, we will have a shortened version of our regular 7 period schedule.

Friday, August 18, 2017 7th and 8th Grade. A full day from 8:25-3:21. Breakfast will be served; patio doors open at 8:05. Entry bell rings at 8:17. Enter either side. In the morning students will go through a shortened version of our regular 7 period schedule. Starting just before lunch then continuing after lunch, students will participate in a variety of orientation activities.

Morning Drive Way Drop Especially on the east side, pull forward as far as possible in the drop off area.

Class Schedules All students will receive a new copy of their schedule before entering the building on Thursday (7th grade) or Friday (8th grade).

PTO Sales Pitch! Wayne Carle’s PTO supports our students and staff in a variety of ways, and it does that without a single school-wide fund raising sale! The start of year Donation Drive is in full swing, so stop by the membership table tonight if you’d like to join. We request a minimum $10.00 membership donation.

Also for Parents PTO/Accountability meetings are held the third Tuesday of September, November, January, March and May. Please plan to attend, and let Mr. White know if you’re interested in filling a leadership role with PTO or Accountability.

Also for Parents Your child’s planner/handbook is your best daily resource for information from teachers. The online Parent Portal is your best weekly resource for monitoring your child’s classroom performance. Your child’s Counselor is the best person-resource for just about everything!
