WFP E-Card What type of cash: Cash assistance for FOOD replacing the paper voucher $27 per voucher (per person) Where to use it: At participating merchants – points of sale How to use it: Bring card + UNHCR certificate (proof of identity) When to use it: Before the end of the month Otherwise you will lose the money (like a paper voucher)

CSC ATM Card What type of cash: Unconditional cash assistance to assist families during the winter (replacing in-kind assistance) 220,000 LBP per family for winter (DRC – North Bekaa only) 60,000 LBP per family for NFIs Where to use it: Any cash machine (ATM) The money can be spent on anything How to use it: Bring card, enter PIN (memorize it), follow instructions on machine, receive cash When to use it: Any time – unspent money will stay on the card

Main messages for refugees Use the identifying features of the card to remember how to use each card: Blue with ProGres number is for FOOD at merchants White with other code is for CASH at ATM machines Spend the money as soon as possible Keep both cards in safe, dry spaces away from mobiles You will never have to pay to receive cash assistance (no fees: not at ATMs, not at shops) Call hotlines or approach an organization if you have any questions at all!
