IUH BIOGRAPHIES Name: Nguyen Huy Phuc, PhD Position: Deputy Head of QA Department Organization: Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), Viet Nam Contact: (+84) Dr. Nguyen Huy Phuc, finished his PhD study at Laboratory of Magnetic Materials of Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry (IGIC RAS), Russia. His PhD degree thesis was devoted to the materials with phase change memory. He has been working as a lecturer at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and now is Deputy Head of QA Department. He’s one of HEEAP faculty members since He’s interested in teaching STEM, team work, project-based learning and ABET, AUN-QA accreditations.

IUH BIOGRAPHIES Name: Pham Tran Bich Thuan, PhD Position: Lecturer Organization: Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), Viet Nam Contact: (+84) Dr. Pham Tran Bich Thuan, finished her PhD study at College of Information Science and Engineering, Hunan University, ChangSha, Hunan, China. Her PhD degree thesis was devoted to Computer Architecture, VLSI Design and Embedded System. She’s now working as a lecturer at Faculty of Electronic and Communication. She’s one of active HEEAP faculty members. Her interests are STEM, active learning, project-based lerning and ABET, AUN-QA accreditations.

UTE BIOGRAPHIES Name: Pham Huy Tuan, PhD Position: Deputy Head Organization: HCMUTE Contact: (+84) He received Master and Ph.D. degree in Precision Engineering from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan, ROC in 2008 and 2011, respectively. He is now the Deputy Head of Machinery Manufacturing Technology Department, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FME) in charge of curriculum implementation and quality assurance. Dr Tuan is an alumnus of HEEAP cohort Since then, he has actively participated in all VEEC and STEMCON conferences, HEEAP and BUILD-IT activities particularly in teaching and learning, quality assurance, and leadership. He is the team leader for AUN Quality Assessment at Program Level in FME for 2 programs

UTE BIOGRAPHIES Name: Ngo Van Thuyen, PhD Position: Chairman of University Council Organization: HCMUTE Contact: (+84) He finished his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering at University of Technology Sydney, Australia in Before being promoted as Chairman of University Council in May 2017, he had taken head of Department vice Dean, director of International Education Exchange Center, head of Research Management and International Relations Office, Vice president. Dr Thuyen is an alumnus of HEEAP cohort He has actively participated in many HEEAP, VULII and BUILD-IT activities, particularly in teaching and learning, quality assurance, and leadership. He is currently a national certified accreditator and an AUN-QA lead assessor.
