Performance Assurance Objectives PAB (via ELEXON) provides independent assurance that: Energy is allocated between Trading Parties efficiently, equitably and accurately Suppliers and Supplier Agents transfer Metering Systems data efficiently and accurately Performance Assurance Reporting

Reporting – Technique Progress Report ELEXON commentary on:- PAB Future Reporting; Update on EFR plans Technical Assurance Metering (TAA HH Metering checks); Timetable of other TA Checks planned; BSC Audit Status; Update on BSC Audit Market Issues. Points of note on any of the 16 Performance Assurance Techniques; Progress on parties in the Error & Failure Resolution process Performance Assurance Reporting

Reporting – Supplier Charges The BSC determines that five PARMS Serials attract charges for failure; ELEXON provides:- a monthly Summary by GSP Group of charges; commentary where movement in charges caused by specific Party; details of Trading Party’s net position Performance Assurance Reporting

Reporting – Trading Operations Report What is the Trading Operations Report? The Trading Operations Report provides information on:- the state of the BSC market; including issues and incidents and a summary of the key events that may have had an impact on BSC Parties. The report contains various statistics for a range of key metrics and charts to provide an understanding of any underlying trends. The Trading Operations Report is produced on a calendar month basis to meet the schedule of BSC Panel meetings as published on the ELEXON website. It is also circulated to the Imbalance Settlement Group (ISG) and the Supplier Volume Allocation Group (SVG). Performance Assurance Reporting

Data Source – Settlement Risk Report Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System PARMS Serial data (20) comes from :- • Suppliers • Supplier Agents - who provide data on behalf of their Suppliers • Supplier Meter Registration Agents (SMRAs) • Supplier Volume Allocation Agent (SVAA) Performance Assurance Reporting
