Financial Leadership The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) has received a $1,000,000 grant from the Lilly Endowment to address the financial and economic struggles that can impair the ability of pastors to lead congregations. A cooperative venture of Covenant Trust Company, ECC Finance, Develop Leaders, and National Covenant Properties. Lilly’s premise is that personal and corporate financial fitness provides a different level of confidence and energy for ministry. It also creates an environment for building a culture of generosity and amplifying mission impact.
