Brent Crude Daily Closing $Cdn Spot Prices Budget 2017 Assumptions versus Daily Actuals and Year-To-Date (YTD) Actual Averages $ Canadian Prices Data to August 8 Fiscal Year 2017-18 Brent Daily ($Cdn 66.12) The Budget forecast line represents an annual average oil price assumption. The forecast is based on an average of 11 oil price forecasters, one of which is based on a composite average of 30 independent forecasters.
