Defining the Problem In 2013, we saw a future of more than 9,000 servicemembers transitioning from per year, and rumors of the number growing to more than 12,000.

The Solution at a Glance By utilizing partnerships, and integrating our services, we have been able to deliver workforce development programs on the installation prior to transition.

National Emergency Grant Funding the Solution $8.06 Million 14 Quarters Enroll 1350 Placement Rate of 84% National Emergency Grant

Results of the Work Enrolled over 1100 Placed over 865 Average Hourly Wage of over $26 Placement Rate of over 85%

State Review of our Results Created approximately $1.168 M in State Revenue. Saved the Federal Government approximately $1.367 M in decreased UCX claims. Generated over $11.7 M in economic activity. Review includes first 5 quarters only.

Industry Training Employers Education Workforce

Veterans Industry Education (VIE 25) Training that meet the requirements of the Army Career Skills Programs, but are hosted off site through regionally accredited schools. Programs within 25 Miles of the Installation. Industry certifications that are in demand regionally, and can be completed in less than 2 quarters. Enrolled with Dislocated Worker Program for job preparation services.
