Health Day 3 – Comparing My Plate and the Food Pyramids Complete the formative on Steps for Life on the computer 2. Use the handout and research the USDA website on the computer and answer the questions on the handout about comparing the three sets of dietary guidelines. 3. Your project is to create the next set of Dietary Guidelines for nutrition. What will it look like? Create a poster or google doc poster or google slides presentation for your project. If you use google, please share it with me at chris.jones@lcps.org

USDA Dietary Guidelines Set 1 = The Food Guide Pyramid Set 2 = My Pyramid.gov Set 3 = My Plate.gov Use google to search for USDA, Food Guide Pyramid, My Pyramid, and My Plate to find your answers.
