Scope of practice for nurses

WHAT DO YOU THINK SCOPE IS?

Why is scope of practice important for nurses? It tells what you competent to do. And what standard you are held in your practice. Avoid conflicts between other health care professions. Avoid medical neglection.

Scope of practice for nurses can be accomplished by following two specific steps:

 The issue : Once you accept an assignment, you are accountable for completing it in a safe and competent manner. If other options may be available to you,

Lows , rules and standers. All nursing practice include. Education programme standers. Requirement for licenses. Stand and scope of nursing practice. Authority power and composition on board of nursing.

Use of scope of nursing among health care professions. Enrolled nurse. Resisted nurse. Nursing practitioner.

Nurses should understand their scope of practice so they can provide the best and appropriate nursing care to their patients
