How to find a class course reference number (CRN) through eastern single sign-on (SSO)

“myEWU Portal” through EWU homepage. Access “myEWU Portal” through EWU homepage.

Use your SSO NetID (not EWU UserID) and Password to access your account.

“myEWU Portal”, click on the “Students” tab. At your “myEWU Portal”, click on the “Students” tab.

Scroll down the page until you can see the “Registration Tools” section on the left side of the page. Click on the “Look Up Classes” link.

For class registration purpose, just click on “Continue”.

On the Online Registration and Fee Acknowledgement page, you must click on “I Agree” to proceed.

Click on the drop-down arrow to see a list of the different quarters Click on the drop-down arrow to see a list of the different quarters. Highlight the quarter you want to search.

Click on the “Submit” button.

In the “Subject” box, scroll down and select your choice of subject, then click on “Course Search”.

Look for the class number and click on “View Sections” to its right.

Course Reference Number (CRN) are located in the second column in red font. Pick the class you are looking for which can be based on time of class, instructor, or something else. Write down the CRN as necessary.
