Regulations gambling Romania , through National Gambling is among the European countries with the best laws in the field of gambling online: Taxing several categories of gambling; Introduction of new categories of gaming (bets online counterpart , poker festivals, temporary gambling); Rearranging tax rates .

Licensed operators   Legislative changes in the field of online gambling in 2015-2016 made ​​the Romanian market a market of great interest to operators in the country and abroad , one of the best regulated markets in the region : 463 operators, of which 311 organizers of gambling (Class I) and 152 service providers involved in gambling (Class II ) ; 11 licensed online operators definitively , for 10 years - a class rank; 176 operators licensed Class II .

Implementing a continuous process of updating the regulations, to reduce and limit the possible vulnerabilities and to minimize exposure to the risk of money laundering and financing of terrorism, tax fraud, computer crime and crime prevention on public order, national security and public health; Develop and implement a program to protect players against gambling addiction .
