Create a title for the art or performance piece containing the phrase, “ ________exemplifies embracing ________.” Examples of Visual and Performing Arts Submissions: Original Play Original Musical Lyrics Original Poem/Spoken Word Video captures of performances should not exceed 3 minutes. Artwork must be two-dimensional and must not exceed 24” X 48” Medium can be mixed, watercolor, acrylic, oil, pen, pencil, crayon, chalk, or marker on any type of paper or canvas Student’s original signature should be at the bottom right corner or on the back of the art piece Submission: Each entry must include a completed title page and attached photo of art piece (pages 4 & 5) Do not submit the original artwork.
