Delivery of the first prototype in real environment to fully test technical and functional aspects at M19 of the project The prototype will be running until the end of the project.

Before the pilot starts, every users must be informed of the process and the data that will be collected during the pilot . All the users must signed an Informed Consent Form. Data protection measures and procedures will not expire until the data are destroyed (at the end of the project); Personal data will have an appropriate degree of security Sensors must be very discreet in order to preserve users’ dignity, especially in the case of senior consultants

6 Exit Strategy The exit strategy is oriented to avoid negative reactions among end-users as the project is concluded. Active@Work Strategy 1.- creation of a spin-off intended to further develop and commercialize the resultant product of this project. 2.- Developers will compromise to allow access to the developed system for two years more after the project ends. 3.- The project web site will include tutorial to be downloaded. 4.- Study the possibility of transferring activities to local institutions, communities or even sponsors.
