Events 48 Hour App Challenge – Give it a Go Event Weekly Master Classes Joint LAN event with Gaming Society Exeter Convention Trip Ball co-hosted with ComSci Society

Success Stories Membership increased by 133% (from 24 -> 56) Secured sponsorship for Master Classes from Coffi Co Achieved Silver Tier for the first time Collaboration with multiple Societies

Problems Faced Guest Speaker event cancelled by SU – did not inform SU of event within deadline. Master Class Venue fell through in Spring Semester – secured free venue in SU instead. Handover from previous committee was lacking – we struggled to plan effectively over the summer because of this.

Handover New Committee are currently being elected and will officially take over on 1st August Due to lack of substantial handover last year, incoming committee will work closely with their predecessors before official takeover
