Determining the feasibility of a hospital-based deprescribing program for seniors: A pilot study Reducing adverse drug reactions and health care costs by implementing a deprescribing program for patients over 65. Sustainability: Review demonstrated that 75% of in-hospital recommendations were adhered to at three month follow up (major exceptions were benzodiazepines and narcotic medications). Pharmaceutical cost savings could support a business model for a sustainable program. Booth # 12
