A Regional Health Information Organization that is part of the State Health Information Network of New York or SHIN-NY
Makes critical information available so providers can more effectively care for their patients
Gives care providers a single online resource for patient information from multiple sources
Saves time spent chasing down reports and manually logging into multiple portals
Where does information come from & what is available?
Patient information is pulled from individual hospitals, labs, radiology centers, elder care agencies EMS providers and physicians
Examples of available information: Lab reports, Radiology reports & Images, Hospital Discharge Summaries, EMS & Emergency Department Reports

Explore: A Patient Centric Query Portal
Web based tool for physicians & staff to view patient information from multiple sources
MyResults Delivered
A delivery system that sends ordering physicians lab, radiology reports and clinical documents into a practice’s electronic health record system
DIRECT
A nationally certified and accredited provider of DIRECT, a secure, HIPAA compliant messaging system
Allows participants to send care information such as care transitions and referrals directly to each other
ALERTS
Sends care providers critical event notifications including Hospitalizations, Emergency room visits, Hospital discharges and EMS encounters. Vitals from connected Kiosks/Home Health devices can also be sent as an alert

Our patient engagement strategy has resulted in the Rochester RHIO delivering one of the highest volumes and rates of positive patient consent in the nation
