Mission Statement The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality strives to protect our state's public health and natural resources consistent with sustainable economic development. Our goal is clean air, clean water, and the safe management of waste.

Texas Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Grant Program The TCEQ’s Texas LEPC Grant Program is open to all eligible LEPC’s. Allows LEPCs to establish, maintain, and/or improve their implementation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
