Rome Fell for Two Reasons  Internal problems  No easy way of passing power from one emperor to another  Poor emperors that spent money on the wrong things  Corruption in politics  Money going to the wrong places  People avoid paying taxes  Army not paid  External problems  Rome was invaded by lots of peoples.  It wasn’t one army that crushed Rome’s forces. It was many armies, attacking at the same time, in different parts of the empire.
