Minutes should be kept of all meetings and these will identify any action points and who is to complete these. Meetings may raise any issues regarding children’s safety. CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator Record keeping and reporting to keep children safe Records must be accurate and coherent. Written records will document exactly what has been said and done and therefore need to be completely accurate. These records must accurately describe any incident or accident so that the appropriate actions can be taken. Records may be referred to at a later date so they must be signed and dated.
