Supplemental Digital Content 6. Tumor location and fusion variant. Number of cases 10 20 70 80 Supplemental Digital Content 6. Tumor location and fusion variant. Fusion variants significantly correlated with tumor location (P < 0.0001). In the thorax, fusion with NAB2ex4–STAT6ex2 was most frequently seen. NAB2ex6–STAT6ex16 was the most frequent fusion variant in soft tissue, abdomen and meninges. Abdomen includes intraperitoneum/retroperitoneum and pelvic space. Head includes both head and neck region other than meninges.
