Grounds For Change 1. Care Council in collaboration with HPPC Leadership requested the Starting date for the Collaborative Planning work group be moved from January to February The original goal was to have an update from the Collaborative Planning work group in April, having given the work group four meetings. Now that the group starts later, it makes sense to push back the meeting 2. By moving the Joint Council meeting to May, Executive realized that HPPC would not have met since January The proposed new meeting schedule adds one meeting to the already approved schedule
