Table of Contents Chapter 1:Introduction Chapter 2:Safety first Chapter 3:Where to kayak Chapter 4:First time Chapter 5: Difference Chapter 6:Get moving Glossary

Chapter 1: Introduction I wonder what I can do today I know how about kayaking it’s a great sport. you get lots of exshuresize, its fun. Most of my family loves it we do it up north. my ant has a house we kayak on the lake it’s a fun family activity.

Chapter 2:Safety First There are some ways to be safe while kayaking like were a life vest It keeps you from drounding. a helmet keeps you from head injuries it a way to be safe. These are the ways to be safe

Chapter 3:Where to kayak You can kayak in a few places like ocean rivers lakes and swamps just don’t try to kayak on land. kayak in calm water don’t kayak in stormy water that’s dangerous. Kayak in wide rivers if you kayak in skinny streams you could get stuck.

Chapter 4:First time If its your first time I recommend lessons you wont get it the first time. Because you need to know a lot I think like north from south and east from west. or you wont know what way to move the paddle you need to know how to push off and what direction to move the paddle. in if you want to go right you move the paddle right if you want to go left you move the paddle right that’s what you need to know.

Chapter 5:Diffrence There are lots of types of kayaks like a regular one can use it for fun or just take a slow ride also there are.racing ones you race with them they have numbers on them to tell who's is who's.there are double ones to fit two people. there are also old fashion ones the people from the old days use them to cross lakes.

Chapter 6:Get moving you would have to know how to get moving before you can start to kayak. like you need to know north from south and east from west if you don’t you may not be able to get back. and how push off so you can start kayaking. and that’s what you need to know so you can have a good time kayaking.

Exursize – Healthy, fun, fit Life jacket– a life preserver in the form of a buoyant vest – Write the definition of the word here. safe– free from harm or risk. sport– to amuse oneself.
