11/21/10 Pre University Activities o Engage kinds in interactive / Hands-on Science / Math Education o How do we do o Teacher in Service Program Workshop – IEEE Volunteers host Training programs for School Teachers – Train the trainer model o Engineering Projects in Community Service – GOLD Volunteers and SB Leaders work with school students on Humanitarian based projects o Try Engineering / Try Nano – Interactive science and technology information portal for kids o E-Scientia and IEEE Exhibits Effort o IEEE Junior Membership

11/21/10 PECC - GOLD o GOLD Volunteers have taken leadership in PECC Activities o TISP Workshop Hyderabad 2011 o Conceived and hosted by GOLD AG’s o Training presentations for teachers hosted by Young Volunteers o EPICS Projects – GOLD AG’s from R10, R8 and R9 take leadership – Close to 15 Projects in 2 years o GOLD Volunteers guide IEEE Student Members and School students on Humanitarian projects o Learning's – Enthusiastic participation and leadership from GOLD Volunteers. Younger volunteer's are closer to target audience and could well make a big difference for our Pre University Initiatives

11/21/10 Request for Section Chairs o Initiate Pre University Activities in your section o EAB PECC is looking forward to expand in R10 o GOLD AG’s and its volunteers can and should take leadership in PECC Activities.
