Enabling Grids for E-sciencE INFSO-RI Second contract amendment, Collaboration Board, 20th April Changes affecting the Consortium Change in reporting period: –Originally P1: 9 months, P2: 9 months, P3: 6 months –P2 and P3 have been merged into one reporting period  No periodic reporting at PM18  The official review planned at PM18 (MNA1.2) is replaced by an interim focused technical review Increase of pre-financing percentage for the second period to 85%, to cover potential cashflow issues at the end of 2005 Table 3bis is replaced with budget table for the remaining 15 months of the project (total budget – costs accepted)

Enabling Grids for E-sciencE INFSO-RI Second contract amendment, Collaboration Board, 20th April Other changes The PEB have provided their plans for the next 15 months –Included in the detailed implementation plan (Annex 1, section 5) –Changes in deliverables and milestones have been recorded (concern mainly PM24 to allow more time for final reporting) Correction of outstanding errors and addition of appropriate clauses CPFs submitted for any changes in institutes. –Any further CPFs should be submitted in two signed copies by April 27 th 2005.
