Pasadena Water and Power Background Hahamongna Basin Multi-Use Project  2006 Grant application in partnership with the Arroyo Seco Foundation (ASF)  One of 13 projects selected for the Greater Los Angeles County Integrated Resources Water Management Project Implementation Proposition 84 Grant - $3,271,000 Awarded  Funded by the California Department of Water Resources  Administered by the Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD) 2
