Supporting residents post CSR  Moat rents 10,706 homes to social housing residents  2010 resident profiling: economic status  65% of residents in receipt of state benefit or pensions  51% claiming housing benefit over 1 year  CSR impact will vary depending on individual household circumstance

Supporting residents post CSR  781 social lettings 2010/11 – November  65% Jobseekers  11% incapacity benefit  Average age 33 years  33% lone parents  424 (54%) new residents in arrears due to delayed housing benefit assessment

Improved service to new residents  Improved services to residents during sign up, HB forms sent with offer  Completed HB forms and proofs collected at sign up and automatic referral to welfare benefit service  Verification partnership with HB offices  Money Maximiser packs and Promotion of Credit and saving unions  Starter tenancies offer maximum support
