OBJECTIVES WALT (We Are Learning To): Understand the importance of data entry forms. Know how to lay out information in a suitable form. Extend your database capability. WILF (What I’m Looking For): You know what a database form is. You can create a basic form You have evaluated your work and use of databases.

WHICH LOOKS MORE PROFESSIONAL… What if someone changed the wrong record? What if they deleted something? Is the layout easier to follow here?

DEMONSTRATION Creating a basic form.

TODAY’S TASK Using your favourites database from last lesson, create a form based on your table. Add an additional 2-3 records. Change two records using your form. HELP Check the Videos on the WIKI.
