30 minutes at target heart rate  Heart rate was 133 bpm  Blood pressure was 119/75  Average blood pressure, heart rate in the target heart rate zone

40 minute Gym class  Heart rate: 113 bpm  Blood pressure: 113/72  Similar to the 30 minute exercise, so it’s a pretty good exercise program

Conclusion  Our school has a good exercise program, but the snack food that we have is not very nutritious. The food isn’t extremely bad for you, it just is not very good, either.
