16 Credits and Thesis  Students are required to enroll in a minimum of 30 credits including all required courses in their first year. They must successfully complete all course examinations or essays.  Students will receive a graduation certificate and the Master of China Studies degree from Peking University after the Peking University Degree Committee approves their thesis.
