Cortijo Lasarte

This beautiful old farm dates back to the 18th century where the time seems to stand still forever. At only 19 km from the ancient town of Carmona the farm of Lasarte covers a land area of m2 and has a total built area of some m2 of which about 600 m2 are livable. The grounds are generally flat being surrounded by large rural finca’s guaranteeing absolute tranquility.

Description The cortijo has two kitchens, four reception rooms, two with open fireplaces, library, bodega with open fireplace and various other rooms. There are five bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other four bedrooms share two more bathrooms. In addition there is a guest apartment with separate toilet.

The large water reservoir can also serve as a swimming pool and the 20 x 25 meter patio invites to a refreshing siesta or the enjoyment of a glass of rich red wine. Location Situated around 18 km north of the beautiful town of Carmona in the heart of the Seville countryside. The cortijo has its own well which provides the drinking water but also the water for the irrigation of the gardens.
