The Notch Signaling Pathway Delta/Serate/LAG-2 Family Ligands (DSL) Notch Receptors Presenilin cleaves the Notch intracellular domain upon ligand binding. The intracellular domain translocates to the nucleus where it interacts with TFs (CSL Family).
