FINCA EL NOGAL

Finca el Nogal Finca el Nogal is situated on the corner of a quiet land entered through double gates into the very private grounds. Set in four hectares of land with gardens, lawn and lots of walnut trees, including one over 100 years old. Also chestnut trees. To the right is an old well and two old stables which could make a studio or apartment.

A pathway takes you to the studio which is ideal for converting into an apartment or games room. To the rear of the studio on the patio is a pool and boiler room for central heating. The main house is at the end of a short pathway and has two separate entrances, it was originally two houses.

Finca el Nogal The main house was originally two houses and has 260 m2 on two floor and has been totally renovated.
