Rubric Word Cloud Activity

Step 1: Read through the description words on the rubric for the top scores of each category (adjectives/adverbs/verbs) and highlight the words you find. Step 2: You will be scored with 1-10 scale. Now that you’ve reviewed the rubric closely, what score is your goal for the informative essay VLT? 15 Step 3: Write the number at the center of your word cloud sheet and create a word cloud of the 15 descriptive words you found for the scores that you want in each category. Step 4: Your word cloud will have a number in the center and it will be surrounded by words from the rubric. Size and color of words reflect their overall importance in your essay
