OVERVIEW About The Program -Advertising -Bins -101 program Street Team -Survey Progress

The Canadian Beverage Container Recycling Association (CBCRA) implemented and operates the Recycle Everywhere program. CBCRA is a not-for-profit, industry-funded organization whose membership includes beverage brand owners and distributors. CBCRA is committed to reaching the government-mandated target of recovering 75% of beverage containers sold in Manitoba. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Recycle Everywhere gets its funding from beverage producers and from the two cent levy (eco-fee) attached to beverage containers purchased in participating retailers. Why the eco fee? Why not the deposit system? In order to reach the recovery rate of 75% of beverage containers the program focuses on providing advertising, free recycling bins, and education.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM - BINS Recycle Everywhere wants to implement their bins into as many public spaces as possible and a specific goal of all schools in Manitoba. What does that entail?

The CBCRA Recycle Everywhere program recently initiated a Mini Bin program that provides free bins for multi-family dwellings. This is the first time recycle everywhere provided bins for residences. ABOUT THE PROGRAM – BINS (MINI)
