Methodological remarks  Research objectives: consider opinions, views, impressions of foreign tourists who come to Belgrade by boats design/improve the touristic offer of Belgrade and the program context, point at/solve problems in the city according to the research results Measure effects of investing in quality and content of touristic offers  For the first time, the research was realized during the period from 15 th May till 10 th October  The research was repeated between 15 th May until 10 th October 2010 which objective was to measure the achieved effects by the previous investments and improvements, through estimations of visitors` satisfaction  Data collecting method: Terrain polling, realized by direct contact in Harbor Belgrade  Sample: Random, according to the planned dynamic (30 – 35 respondents a week), 655 respondents took part in the research in 2009 and 702 respondents in 2010.

In the harbor, shopping, souvenir... % “Regarding the fact that we stayed only one day, we did not miss anything” “(im)possibility to pay in Euros” “Lack of more information and brochures in German language” General mark, in both rounds of research, is that the visitors that come to Belgrade by boats have very little time for shopping. A better mark was given for shops in the Harbor, which offer at the beginning of the season has been improved and enlarged according to the comments and remarks from the last year Souvenir offer Shopping
