Wednesday CNN student news 2.N.C. in the Civil War worksheet 3.The Civil War in North Carolina Quiz on Google Classroom 4.“The War in North Carolina” worksheet

1.Make sure you have both textbooks at your desk. 2.Take out the “North Carolina in the Civil War Worksheet” that you were working on yesterday 3.Have a seat and be ready to watch CNN student news

1.Use the old textbook (pg. 307) to help you complete the “Civil War in North Carolina (Ch. 15)” worksheet 2.When you finish, use the worksheet to complete the “Civil War in North Carolina Quiz” on Google Classroom. When you are finish, keep the worksheet to study for the Civil War and Reconstruction Test that you will take in approximately 1 week. 3.Pick up the “The War in North Carolina” worksheet from me. Use both textbooks to help you complete the worksheet, front and back. What you don’t finish in class, is homework. 1.You will need to get colored pencils 2.#1-4 can be found in the new textbook on page 358, #5 can be found in the new textbook on page 355 and in the old textbook on page 311.

How to do the back side (Civil War Mathematics) Front Side #1-4 can be found in the new textbook on page 358, #5 can be found in the new textbook on page 355 and in the old textbook on page 311. Part 1 – Obviously to figure the amount of increase, you simply subtract – To figure the percent of increase, you must divide the price from 1865 by the price from 1862, then move the decimal to make it a percentage (how far do you move the decimal?) The number will be BIG. Part 2 – Multiple the total number (population, railroads, exports) by the percentage given. (you will have to convert the percentage back into the decimal. How is that done?)

For Make-Up 1.Complete the N.C. in the Civil War worksheet 2.Complete the “Civil War in North Carolina Quiz” on Google Classroom. 3.Complete “The War in North Carolina” worksheet Check the tray next to the make-up folder for worksheets, do not take the worksheet that is attached to this folder.
