10 Scientific Papers Acknowledgement  “The authors gratefully acknowledge the financial support provided by the European Commission to the StratusLab project ( Grant Agreement INSFO-RI ” “Open Document” Requirement  Scientific papers can only be submitted to journals that accept the “Open Document” requirement from the EC  Journal editors should be warned of this requirement when papers are submitted.  Authors must post the final document in an appropriate repository
