Finding or Growing Your Faith

Faith From “What you see is what you get!” To “Everything is possible for one who believes!”

Hebrews 11 1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see… 3 …By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

We don’t need to believe we can do impossible things – We need to believe in Someone who loves us and wants to do the impossible things through us!

Mark Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”

The Walk …

Mark …“But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.” “‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

Romans 8 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

John When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. 2 Corinthians 5 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.

They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them.

Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

Man’s wisdom takes what happens now and assumes it always worked like that - and that there is no God. That’s two very large and unproven assumptions! The laws of decay and death were not there in the beginning; only God was and He made all things good!

Matthew Jesus replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” We must put that tiny bit of faith in Someone who is able to do more than we can possibly ask or imagine…!

The Maker of the Universe also loves us; Let us draw close and get to know Him!
