Explanation of the Project What’s this project for? ---You are going to introduce the departments of a company to visitors, give and take messages relating to different departments. What’s your team assigned to do? Task 1 ( 任务 1): to show around the departments of your company to new customers 带新客人参观公司 Task 2 （任务 2 ） : to introduce different departments of a company 介绍公司不同部门及其职责 Task 3 （任务 3 ） : to give and take telephone messages relating to different departments 拨打和接听有关部门电话并传递信息或记录信息

Project demonstration part one (telling and selling products ) Demonstration rules:  Rule 1: each team (5 teams) get 15 minutes to prepare for asking and giving directions and introducing different departments of a company  Rule 2: TEAM 2 is the judging panel of TEAM 1, and so forth.  Rule 3: After the performance, each judging panel gives out assessment.
