What is Conclave?  Conclave is a yearly gathering of the lodges in a section to come together for a weekend full of fun and fellowship  Key features include:  Training  Sports Competitions  Ceremonies  Section Officer Election

Where and When is Conclave?  Location: Goshen Scout Reservation  Date: May 20 th -May 22 nd 2016  Theme: A Force To Be Reckoned With (Star Wars)  Host: Amangamek-Wipit Lodge

Activities COPE Shooting Sports Hiking Shows Tubing Boating ATV’s Training Inter-lodge Sports Competition

How do I get there? The Lodge has set up a plan for transportation that you can sign up for on the website. Speak to advisers who might be driving about a ride.

Cost of Attendance  40 dollars until April 29 th, or if 2016 ordeal member.  Increases to 50 dollars on April 30 th

Why attend?  Conclave is the one time a year the entire section comes together to have fun. Each Arrowman has the oppurtunity to make new friends and strength the ties of brotherhood that hold our order together.
