5 / 11 STAND STILL - POSTURE Basically, a godly ATTITUDE! Our state of mind and beliefs systems! In the Bible were twelve spies sent out to spy the land of Canaan in Number 13, ten of them said… “ 31 … “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we. 6 / 11 CHALLENGE of the RIGHT ATTITUDE When God LOOK into our HEARTS, what POSTURE does He see? God saw the POSTURE of David as the right one, in 1 Samuel 16:7, “… for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” The ATTITUDE of the Heart! The HEART OF MEN is the THRONE ROOM OF OUR ATTITUDE! 7 / 11 STAND STILL - PURPOSE The people of Israel at that point might have lost their PURPOSE to their SITUATION! Their sense of purpose was no more; no help! YES that is the DESIGN of God! Jesus Christ said in John 16:33, in this world we will have TROUBLES; but the TROUBLES will NOT have US (PURPOSE) because He has OVERCOME the TROUBLES! The TRUTH is that, NATURAL man has no PURPOSE in life!
