Directions  Choose an animal, face, or other object that you can draw the silhouette.  You can print this off and transfer it if you like  Practice at least four different tangles in your sketchbook. (check out the sources on the next slide)  Draw your silhouette, make sure it fills the page and creates interesting negative spaces utilizing page run off.  Divide the inside into sections and fill with zentangles – You can make the animal look like the animal or not. Look at sights for some inspiration. We can cut them out and put them on patterned paper too.  Add colored pencil shading, background, and/or other finishing touches.
