LLC MISSION “to educate and inspire youth, utilizing the Rotary motto of Service Above Self, to expand their leadership roles in service to their schools and communities, and to the world.”

LLC Objectives emphasize leadership, citizenship, and personal growth teach elements of community and world leadership model and discuss ethics of positive leadership participate in a leadership style inventory and discussion recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities. discuss and model importance of communication skills in effective leadership provide simulations in conflict management and problem solving increase understanding, appreciation, and respect for other countries and cultures acquaint students with Rotary, our purpose of Service Above Self and opportunities within Rotary discuss ethical and social issues of today develop new and lasting relationships among conferees build self-esteem and self confidence
