Review by Institute for Transcultural Health Studies, European University Viadrina, Frankfurt. up to 2012, 24 experimental studies, over 1,300 students between 6 to 19 years, across different types of schools.

Psychology in the Institute of Psychological Sciences Mindfulness in schools Does it work? significant medium effect size (g = 0.40). strongest in cognitive performance. medium sized effects are seen in resilience measures (g = 0.36) and stress measures (g = 0.39), and small for measures emotional problems (g = 0.19) and third-person ratings (g = 0.24). But problems with measures?
