Web Portal: Goals  Possibility to present content from different resources in logical „channels“ (content-aggregation)  Possibility to configure the portal according to personal requirements (customization)  Possibility to present content for specific groups

MyLibrary: Goals  Personalised portal page for ETH Library  Possibility to include external Internet resources  Support research and tuition at ETH Zurich  Realisation of a first version by the end of 2003  Scientists obtain a new tool for the management of all information resources
