WHAT IS FCCLA? * FCCLA is a non-profit national career and technical student organization for young men and women in Family and Consumer Sciences education in public and private schools through grade 12. * FCCLA allows for competing in state proficiency events and star events. * Star events give students a chance to compete at a regional, state and national levels.
